Handrem Afsteller Montage is de remschoenafsteller voor de op de transmissie gemonteerde parkeerrem (de trommelrem aan de achterzijde van de uitgaande as van de verdeelbak).

Door aan de afsteller te draaien, bewegen de remschoenen naar de trommel toe om de loopspeling in te stellen, waardoor slijtage wordt opgevangen zodat de handrem stevig vastzit. Het is gemonteerd op de achterplaat van de transmissiehandrem en werkt op de remschoenen.
