Magnetische aftapplug voor de aftapopeningen van het motoroliecarter en de LT230 verdeelbak.

De gemagnetiseerde punt vangt ferromagnetische slijtagedeeltjes op die in het smeermiddel zweven, en verzamelt metaalslijpsel en -deeltjes die anders in het systeem zouden blijven circuleren. Deze wordt bij elke servicebeurt verwijderd om de carter of verdeelbak leeg te laten lopen en vervolgens teruggeplaatst met een nieuwe afdichtring.

The magnetic drain plug seals the drain port on the engine oil sump or LT230 transfer box, and its magnetised tip captures ferrous wear particles from the lubricant. Trapping swarf and metal debris stops it circulating through the engine or transfer box and helps you spot abnormal wear at each oil change.
