Oliefilterrotor is het roterende element van het centrifugaal oliefilter op de Td5 2.5L 5-cilinder turbodieselmotor.

Gemonteerd in de behuizing van het centrifugaalfilter, wordt de rotor op hoge snelheid rondgedraaid door oliedruk; centrifugale kracht werpt roet en verontreinigingen naar buiten tegen de rotorwand, waar ze worden opgevangen terwijl gereinigde olie terugkeert naar het smeercircuit. De rotor is een service-vervangingsonderdeel - vernieuw hem bij het voorgeschreven olieverversingsinterval, monteer een nieuwe afdichtring en zorg ervoor dat de behuizing schoon is zodat de rotor vrij kan draaien.
