Oliefilterrotor is het roterende element van het centrifugaal oliefilter op de Td5 2.5L 5-cilinder turbodieselmotor.

De rotor, gemonteerd in de behuizing van het centrifugaalfilter, wordt met hoge snelheid rondgedraaid door oliedruk; centrifugale kracht werpt roet en verontreinigingen naar buiten tegen de rotorwand, waar ze worden opgevangen terwijl gezuiverde olie terugkeert naar het smeercircuit. De rotor is een service-vervangingsonderdeel - vervang deze bij het voorgeschreven olieverversingsinterval, plaats een nieuwe afdichtring en zorg ervoor dat de behuizing schoon is zodat de rotor vrij kan draaien.
