Omschrijving:
Luchtfilterelement dat is geïnstalleerd in de behuizing van het motorluchtfilter van het inlaatsysteem. Het filtert de binnenkomende lucht voordat deze de inlaatleiding en turbocharger-assemblages binnengaat, waarbij zwevende verontreinigingen worden verwijderd om interne motoronderdelen te beschermen en de juiste luchtstroom door het luchtinlaatsysteem te handhaven.

Het filter wordt vervangen als onderdeel van het routineonderhoud van het luchtinlaatsysteem van de motor.
