Brandstoffilterkop is de bovenkant van de brandstoffilterbehuizing binnen het dieselbrandstoftoevoersysteem, waarop het filterelement wordt gemonteerd.

De kop bevat de brandstofinlaat- en uitlaataansluitingen en positioneert het filterelement en de water-in-brandstofsensor, waardoor brandstof door de filtratiefase wordt geleid voordat het de hogedrukpomp bereikt. The LR045519H fuel filter head is the housing top of the diesel fuel filter assembly, onto which the filter element mounts. It carries the fuel inlet and outlet connections and locates the water-in-fuel sensor, routing fuel through the filtration stage before it reaches the high-pressure pump on TDV6 and TDV8 diesels.
