Brandstofinjector voor de Td5 2.5L 5-cilinder turbodieselmotor. De Td5 maakt gebruik van elektronische unitinjectoren, één per cilinder, die in de cilinderkop zijn geplaatst en door de motor-ECU worden aangestuurd om brandstof rechtstreeks in de verbrandingskamer te doseren en te vernevelen.

Dit is de late-type (groene kalibratie) injector die vanaf 2001 is gemonteerd; de injectorkalibratiecode moet overeenkomen met de motorbouw om een correcte brandstoftoevoer te garanderen.

Geleverd als gereviseerd ruildeel: er wordt een toeslag berekend bij inlevering van de oude injector.

What is the MSC000030R injector and what does it do?
The MSC000030R is a fuel injector for the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel. The Td5 uses electronic unit injectors, one per cylinder, seated in the cylinder head and fired by the ECU to meter and atomise fuel directly into the combustion chamber.
Is this the early or late type Td5 injector?
This is the late-type (green) injector fitted from 2001 onwards. The calibration code should match the engine build to keep fuelling correct, so check your engine runs the post-2001 green injector before ordering.
How does the exchange and core return work?
This is a reconditioned exchange unit, so a surcharge applies and you return your old injector core against it. Keep the old injector so you can send it back once the replacement is fitted.
How many injectors does the Td5 need?
The Td5 has five cylinders with one injector per cylinder, so a full set is five. This is supplied as a single injector, so order the quantity your job needs, whether replacing one faulty unit or the complete set.
