Het richt onder druk staande ruitensproeiervloeistof van de koplampreinigingspomp op de koplamp, om wegvuil te verwijderen en de lichtopbrengst te verbeteren. De sproeier wordt in de toevoerleiding geschroefd en richt de straal over het lensoppervlak.
