We currently have two full-time opportunities at our Gouda location. One is focused entirely on warehouse and logistics operations, while the other focuses on order processing, customer support and quotations.

Warehouse & Logistics Specialist
Gouda, Netherlands. Full time, 40 hours per week. Budget Parts B.V.
Every order we ship starts with a part on a shelf, in the right location, in the condition the customer expects. This role is responsible for making that happen. You run the physical flow of parts through our Gouda warehouse: supplier deliveries in, stock put away and kept accurate, orders picked and packed, counts done properly and a layout that gets a little better every month.
This role is based on-site in Gouda, so you need to be living in the Netherlands already. You need comfortable everyday spoken Dutch for day-to-day communication with colleagues, and you should also be comfortable communicating in English, which is widely used across the business. Fluent written Dutch is not required.

What you will do
Goods in
- Receive supplier deliveries, unload them and check them against purchase orders and packing lists
- Flag shortages, damage and wrong deliveries before they turn into stock errors
- Process incoming stock and put it away in the correct warehouse and bin locations
Stock accuracy and inventory
- Keep stock locations accurate as items move, and consolidate stock where needed
- Run and support stock counts and cycle counts
- Investigate location discrepancies and fix the cause, not just the count
Picking and packing
- Pick customer orders accurately and on time
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, from small components to bulky assemblies
- Keep packing stations stocked and the dispatch area orderly
Warehouse standards and improvement
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, logical and easy to pick from
- Spot and suggest improvements to layout, locations and picking routes, and help implement them
- Assist with general warehouse operations as required
Regular manual handling and lifting of parts and shipments is part of every day in this role. A forklift licence is not required.
SystemsWhat you will work with
Day to day you will use our internal warehouse tools, built specifically for Budget Parts. You do not need experience with them, we train you fully.
RequirementsWhat we are looking for
Must have
- Hands on warehouse or logistics experience, ideally with automotive, technical or industrial goods
- Fit and comfortable with physical work throughout the day, including regular lifting
- Accurate and organised, with the discipline to get stock data right every time
- Reliable and self directed: you see what needs doing and you do it
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Land Rover or Range Rover vehicles, or a mechanical background

Order Processing & Parts Advisor
Gouda, Netherlands. Full time, 40 hours per week. Budget Parts B.V.
This role is centred around processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will support customers by phone, email and live chat, prepare quotations, process returns and warranty claims, and work closely with our warehouse team to keep orders moving smoothly from purchase to dispatch.
You will also assist with parts identification when needed, using our systems and parts catalogues. Previous Land Rover knowledge is helpful but not essential: full training is provided, and our experienced parts specialists are on hand for the deeper technical questions while you build your product knowledge.
This role is based on-site in Gouda, so you need to be living in the Netherlands already. You also need fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written, because you will be communicating with Dutch-speaking customers throughout the day and with European customers and colleagues in English.

What you will do
Order processing
- Process webshop and customer orders accurately, end to end
- Prepare quotations for retail and trade customers
- Process returns: assess the request, arrange and track the return, and close the loop with the customer
- Handle warranty claims and follow them through to a resolution
- Chase and resolve order issues such as backorders and delivery queries
Customer support
- Answer telephone enquiries from retail and trade customers
- Respond to customer emails and run our Live Chat
- Support customers who come in through Ask Rover, our AI parts assistant, and pick up the conversations it passes to the team
Parts identification
- Help customers find the correct part using VIN numbers, vehicle details and parts catalogues, with support from our in-house specialists
- Answer everyday fitment and availability questions as your product knowledge grows
- Build up your knowledge of the Land Rover and Range Rover range over time; our experienced parts specialists handle the deeper technical questions
Working with the wider team
- Work closely with the warehouse team so that what you promise a customer is what gets picked
- Help out in the warehouse occasionally, when operations require it
We have invested heavily in our own in-house systems, including Ask Rover, our parts assistant. Together they cut down the repetitive administration around orders, returns and enquiries, so your time goes into helping customers rather than paperwork.
What you will work with
You will work daily in SAP Business One, Shopify and our internal Budget Parts tools. Experience with them is a plus rather than a requirement: we train you fully on all of our systems.
RequirementsWhat we are looking for
Must have
- Experience in customer service, order processing or administration, ideally in a busy e-commerce, automotive or technical environment
- Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Accurate and organised, able to switch between phone, chat and email without losing track
- Calm and solution focused, including when a customer is frustrated or a part does not fit
- Willingness to learn our product range and how parts identification works, with training and support from the team
Nice to have
- Land Rover or Range Rover knowledge, professionally or as an enthusiast
- Experience in a parts department, technical helpdesk or trade counter
- Experience with SAP Business One or Shopify
- Experience serving B2B workshop or trade customers
About Dutch and English
Fluent Dutch and English are essential in this role, both spoken and written. You will communicate with Dutch-speaking customers throughout the day, while we also serve customers across Europe and use English regularly within the business.
