Upper Clutch Pipe is the rigid metal section of the hydraulic clutch actuation circuit running from the clutch master cylinder.

It carries fluid from the master cylinder outlet down towards the flexible hose that feeds the clutch slave cylinder, for 300 TDi left-hand-drive applications.
