Anti-Roll Bar Link Assembly connects the front anti-roll bar to the suspension, forming part of the front stabiliser linkage.

As the vehicle corners and the suspension deflects unevenly from side to side, the link feeds that movement into the anti-roll bar, which twists to resist body roll and keep the vehicle more level. The assembly locates between the end of the anti-roll bar and its suspension mounting point, and its integral pivots allow the link to swivel as the suspension travels.

Frequently asked questions

What does the front anti-roll bar link do on a Range Rover P38?
The front anti-roll bar link assembly connects the front anti-roll bar to the suspension on the Range Rover P38. As the suspension deflects unevenly in a corner, the link feeds that movement into the anti-roll bar, which twists to resist body roll.
How many anti-roll bar links do I need?
Anti-roll bar links are typically replaced in pairs, one on each side of the front axle. Even if only one has failed, renewing both together usually keeps the front suspension balanced and avoids a repeat job soon after.
Where does this link assembly fit?
This link assembly fits the front of the Range Rover P38 (1994-2001). It locates between the end of the anti-roll bar and its suspension mounting point, with integral pivots that let it swivel as the suspension travels.
What are the signs of a worn anti-roll bar link?
A failing anti-roll bar link typically shows up as a knock or clunk from the front over bumps, caused by worn pivots in the link. Play in the link usually blunts the anti-roll bar's control of body roll.
