Floor Huck Fastening Pin is the pin half of a Huck lockbolt fastener, used in the rear body lower mountings to secure the floor structure.
The pin is passed through the joined panels and a collar is swaged into its locking grooves with a dedicated installation tool, drawing the joint tight and shearing off the pintail to leave a flush, permanent fixing that resists loosening under vibration and structural load.
It works together with its companion swaged collar (the Floor Huck Nut) and is replaced as a set when the joint is disturbed.
