Heater Matrix - an uprated aluminium high-output matrix for the cabin heater assembly, fitted with downward-facing inlet and outlet pipes.
The matrix sits within the heater box, where engine coolant is circulated through its core while the blower fan draws cabin air across the fins to warm the interior. The aluminium high-output core raises heat output by around 20% over the standard matrix.
Pipe orientation determines fitment: this is the downward-facing version, the alternative to the companion BA 2380, which carries a different pipe arrangement.
