Injector Seal Kit for the Td5 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbo diesel, renewing the sealing components at all five injectors.

The kit contains five copper sealing washers and five rubber O-rings - one set per injector. The copper washer seals the injector tip against combustion pressure at the base of its bore in the cylinder head, while the O-ring seals the body of the injector higher up the bore. Renewing these whenever the injectors are disturbed prevents combustion leakage and the poor starting and rough running that worn seals cause.

Clean any carbon from the injector seats before refitting.
