Rear Coil Springs supplied as a matched pair for the rear suspension.

These steel coil springs form the rear half of an air-to-coil suspension conversion, replacing the factory rear air springs. The conversion removes the rear suspension's dependence on the air supply system - compressor, air springs and height sensors - giving a fixed mechanical ride height. Suitable for both petrol and diesel applications.

They correspond to the rear springs of the DA4136HD air-to-coil conversion kit and are fitted as a pair.

Frequently asked questions

What are these rear coil springs for?
These rear coil springs are supplied as a matched pair and form the rear half of an air-to-coil suspension conversion on the Range Rover P38 1994-2001. They replace the factory rear air springs, removing the rear suspension's dependence on the air compressor, air springs and height sensors for a fixed mechanical ride height.
Why convert the P38 rear suspension to coil springs?
Converting the Range Rover P38 rear to coil springs removes the air suspension's reliance on the compressor, air springs and height sensors, which are common failure points on these vehicles. The result is a fixed mechanical ride height that typically needs less maintenance. These springs suit both petrol and diesel P38 models.
Do I need the front springs as well for a full conversion?
These are the rear springs only, sold as a pair. A complete air-to-coil conversion on the Range Rover P38 also needs the matching front coil springs, ordered separately. Fitting front and rear together keeps the ride height balanced across the vehicle.
