Frequently asked questions

What is the Windscreen Moulding (DCB500070PMALR) used for?
The windscreen moulding is the exterior A-pillar finisher covering the left-hand windscreen pillar on the Land Rover Discovery 2 (1999-2004). It conceals the pillar and seal line for a finished look while protecting the trim beneath.
Which side of the vehicle does this windscreen moulding fit?
This windscreen moulding fits the left-hand A-pillar, at the edge of the windscreen on the Discovery 2. It's the left-hand component, so check which pillar you're trimming before ordering to avoid fitting the wrong side.
How is the windscreen moulding fitted to the pillar?
The windscreen moulding is secured to the A-pillar with retaining clips. It typically presses into place over the pillar, so no specialist tools are usually needed, though care helps to seat the clips without cracking the moulding.
