Exhaust Valve Seat Insert for the cylinder head.

The seat insert is pressed into the head to provide the hardened sealing face the exhaust valve closes against, maintaining compression and conducting heat from the valve into the head. Fitted to the 2.25L and 2.5L 4-cylinder petrol engines; four exhaust seats per engine.
