Rear Axle Half Shaft - RH, Heavy Duty, part of the disc-braked Salisbury rear axle assembly.
The right-hand halfshaft transmits drive from the differential side gear to the wheel hub, completing the final-drive path to the right-hand rear wheel. This heavy-duty version is forged from SAE4340 nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel alloy with uprated heat treatment, raising torsional strength for raised engine output, differential locks and competition use where standard shafts are prone to failure.
The left-hand companion shaft is FTC1725.
