Locking Nut - M8 flanged nut with a nylon insert.
The nylon collar deforms around the bolt thread as the nut is tightened, gripping it so the joint resists loosening under vibration and suspension movement. The integral flange spreads the clamp load across the mounting face, so a separate washer is not required.
Used on damper and suspension mountings and on general chassis fixings.
