Snorkel - raised air intake assembly that relocates the engine air intake from the wing top to roof level.

The body mounts to the front wing and runs up the A-pillar, ducting air down through the wing valance into the air cleaner inlet. Taking air at roof height keeps the intake clear of the dust cloud and of standing water at bumper level, and draws cooler air than an intake sitting alongside the engine bay. Moulded in UV-stable cross-linked polyethylene and supplied with stainless steel mounting hardware.

Designed for right-hand side fitment on the 300TDi 2.5L four-cylinder turbo diesel; left-hand drive vehicles may require minor modification on fitting.
