Oil filter housing assembly for the 2.7 V6 turbo diesel, incorporating the engine oil cooler and the fuel cooler in a single casting.

The housing carries the engine oil filter element and mounts in the vee between the cylinder banks. It cools the engine oil on its way back to the oil gallery and cools the fuel returning from the injection system. Because the housing sits underneath the intake assembly, leaks from it are typically only visible once the upper engine covers and intake have been removed.
