Fuel pressure sensor for the high-pressure direct injection circuit of the 5.0L V8 petrol engine (AJ133), naturally aspirated and supercharged.

Mounted on the high-pressure fuel rail, it reports rail pressure to the engine control module, which uses the signal to regulate delivery from the high-pressure fuel pump and hold injection pressure at the commanded value. A drifting or failed sensor typically shows as rough running, hard starting, or a fuel-system pressure fault code.
