Front Damper Assembly with integrated air spring - the complete front corner unit of the electronic air suspension system.

The hydraulic damper and the air spring are supplied as one assembled unit. The damper controls vertical wheel movement and dissipates road inputs, while the air spring carries the corner load and sets front ride height under control of the air suspension system. Because the assembly is supplied complete, the strut and air spring are renewed together rather than fitted as separate components.

For 3.0 TDV6 and 5.0 supercharged V8 applications with roll stability control and Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE), without adaptive damping.

Note: not suitable for 3.6 TDV8 applications.
