Bush - front crossmember and stabiliser bar mounting insulator within the front suspension assembly.

The insulator locates the front crossmember and stabiliser bar mounting to the body, damping vibration and road noise while maintaining the alignment of the assembly. A deteriorated bush allows unwanted movement at the mounting, leading to knocks and imprecise handling.
