Threaded Insert fitted into the front and rear crossmember assembly, within the cross member and stabiliser bar mounting group.

The insert screws into the crossmember on an M18 x 1.5 external thread and presents an M14 internal thread, providing a serviceable threaded mounting point in the member. Fitting a new insert restores a sound thread where the original has pulled or stripped, without repairing or replacing the crossmember itself.
