Door Belt Weatherstrip - rear side door, outer, left-hand. The exterior belt-line (waist) seal that runs along the top edge of the rear side door where the door skin meets the window glass.

The sealing lip bears against the outer face of the door glass, wiping water and debris from the pane as it is raised and lowered and closing off the belt-line against the door.
