Description:
Throttle Body and Motor for the engine intake assembly on the 3.0L V6 Diesel Gen 2 engine.
This assembly houses the throttle valve and its integrated electric motor actuator. In diesel applications, the throttle body is primarily used to modulate exhaust gas recirculation flow, support engine braking, and enable clean engine shutdown. The motor drives the throttle plate in response to signals from the engine management system.
