Distributor Pump Timing Tool is a workshop special tool used to set the injection timing of the rotary (distributor-type) diesel injection pump on the 2.25-litre four-cylinder diesel engine.

It locates the injection pump in its correct timed position relative to the engine, allowing the pump to be accurately timed when it is refitted or when the injection timing is checked. The tool applies to the pre-200TDi 2.25 diesel using a distributor injection pump.
