Camshaft Cover Gasket seals the camshaft cover to the cylinder head within the valvetrain assembly of the 2.5L KV6 V6 petrol engine.

It forms the oil-tight joint along the cover mating face, containing oil around the camshafts and valve gear and preventing leaks at the top of the cylinder head. The V6 carries one cover per cylinder bank, so two gaskets are used per engine.
