Nylon Washer for the interior and exterior mirror mountings.

The washer sits between the mirror arm or bracket and its mounting face, spacing the joint and keeping the two metal faces apart so the fixing can be clamped up without scoring or seizing the mating surfaces. The nylon also takes up minor irregularity in the mounting face and adds friction at the joint, helping the mirror hold its adjusted position.
