Windscreen Weatherstrip is the moulded rubber seal that retains and weatherproofs the windscreen glass within the body aperture.

It locates the edge of the glass against the surrounding pinch-weld flange and forms the primary barrier against water and wind ingress at the screen. The seal is a gasket-glazed (non-bonded) type, holding the screen mechanically rather than by adhesive.
