Door Glass Drain Channel vertical run channel at the rear edge of the front door glass aperture.

The channel guides the door glass along its rear edge as it raises and lowers and carries water that runs down the glass into the bottom of the door, where it drains away. It steadies the glass against rattle and helps seal the aperture against draught and water ingress. Renewed when the lining wears or the rubber perishes, which lets the glass chatter and allows water to track into the door.
