Self Levelling Unit Gaiter - Upper is the protective rubber boot fitted over the upper ball joint of the rear self-levelling suspension unit.

It seals the joint against water, road dirt and grit, retaining the joint lubricant and preventing the contamination that would otherwise accelerate wear where the self-levelling unit meets its upper mounting.
