Joins three coolant hose runs at a single branch point, splitting and combining flow between the connected hoses. Fitted to V8 petrol engines.
The moulded body is a known wear point in the circuit: repeated heat cycling embrittles the material, so the connector is normally renewed together with the hoses it joins rather than reused.
