Flasher Unit - the electronic relay that controls the turn signal and hazard warning lamp circuit.

It pulses the indicator lamps on and off at the regulated flash rate when the direction indicators or hazard warning switch are operated. The solid-state unit plugs into the flasher socket in the body electrical circuit and sets the flash cadence for the whole indicator system.
