Swivel Pin Housing Screw - hexagon head screw, M10 x 25, used in the front axle swivel pin housing assembly.

Twenty screws are fitted per vehicle, divided across both sides of the front axle. Renewal is normal practice whenever the swivel housing is dismantled for a seal, bearing or oil change: the heads and threads sit in the direct path of road spray and salt, and seized fasteners are routinely rounded or sheared on removal.

Clean threads and an even torque sequence matter here - the screws clamp a sealed joint, and an under-torqued or unevenly tightened set is a common source of swivel housing weeps.
