Description:
Suspension damper assembly designed for installation within the vehicle suspension system between the axle housing and chassis mounting points.
The unit installs in the suspension linkage using pin-to-pin mounting points and controls vertical suspension movement by damping oscillation of the coil spring assembly during compression and rebound.
The shock absorber operates as part of the suspension damping circuit and contributes to vehicle stability, axle control and ride behaviour when travelling over uneven terrain.
The damper is adjustable with four selectable damping stages and is configured for extended travel suspension applications with approximately +5 inch increased movement. Suitable for installation in front or rear suspension positions on models using pin-type shock absorber mounts.
