Monotube Shock Absorber for either the front or the rear damper position of the coil sprung suspension, working alongside the coil spring to control body movement and keep the wheel loaded over uneven ground.

Monotube construction uses a floating piston to separate the high-pressure nitrogen charge from the suspension fluid, so the two cannot mix and aeration is eliminated under sustained damping loads. The higher gas pressure allows more responsive valving, giving greater sensitivity over small surface irregularities and a firmer, faster reaction to large impacts. The single large-bore body increases fluid capacity and gives the piston a wider working area for more precise damping control.

Built with 5" of additional travel over the standard damper, for suspension raised well beyond standard ride height. Mounting is pin (spigot) type at both the top and the bottom eye, so the mounting arrangement at the fitted position must accept a pin-to-pin damper.
