Hydraulic Bump Stop & Mounting Kit is a complete progressive end-of-travel control package for the suspension, combining four hydraulic bump stops with their front and rear mounting hardware.

Each TF140 bump stop is a monotube, high-pressure nitrogen-charged hydraulic unit with adjustable damping (32mm shaft, 46mm piston, 52mm body). It absorbs hard bottoming far more progressively than a conventional rubber stop. The mounting kits supply the reinforced chassis and axle brackets needed to withstand repeated heavy impacts.

This kit includes four TF140 hydraulic bump stops, a TF542 front mounting kit and a TF543 rear mounting kit. On some platforms the rear floor pan must be trimmed to clear the assembly.
