Rotor Arm for the 24V shielded ignition distributor. The rotor arm mounts on the top of the distributor shaft and, as it rotates, routes the high-tension current from the coil to each spark plug lead in turn.

The shielded 24V distributor is a fully suppressed, waterproofed ignition system; this rotor arm is specific to that assembly and is not interchangeable with the standard 12V distributor rotor.
