Wiper Spindle Kit: the front wiper wheel box assembly that houses and supports the wiper arm spindle.

Fitted in the scuttle, the wheel box guides the wiper rack driven by the wiper motor, and its internal bearings keep the rack aligned. Wear or corrosion in the wheel box lets the rack develop play, which shows as noise, uneven wiping or poor blade contact with the screen.
