Aftermarket Part
Aftermarket: Quality alternative. This is a quality alternative, designed to fit and function like the original part, often at a more competitive price.
Rear suspension arm bush, fitted at the front mounting position of the rear suspension arm.

The bush forms the pivot between the suspension arm and its mounting point on the body, locating the arm while allowing controlled articulation as the suspension moves. The rubber element also isolates road noise and vibration from the body structure.

A worn bush allows unwanted movement in the arm, which shows up as imprecise rear-end behaviour and uneven rear tyre wear.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LR001182 rear suspension arm bush?
The LR001182 is the bush fitted to the front position of the rear suspension arm on the Freelander 2 and Range Rover Evoque L538. It cushions the arm against the chassis and helps locate the rear knuckle.
How many of these bushes are needed?
This bush fits the front position of the rear suspension arm, typically one per side, so two are usually needed to do both sides of the axle. Worn bushes are often replaced in pairs to keep handling even.
What are the signs this suspension bush is worn?
A worn arm bush causes knocking or clunking from the rear, vague rear-end feel and uneven tyre wear on the Freelander 2 and Evoque. Perished or split rubber in the bush is a clear sign of replacement.
Which models does the LR001182 bush fit?
It fits the Freelander 2 2006-2014 and Range Rover Evoque L538 2012-2018 with all engines. Confirm the bush position, as the rear arm uses different bushes front and rear.
What's the difference between LR001182 and LR001185?
LR001182 is the bush for the front of the rear suspension arm, while LR001185 fits the rear of the same arm. They aren't interchangeable, so match the part to the position you're replacing.
