Radiateur expansievat gemonteerd op het koelsysteem van Series II, Series III en 101 Forward Control Land Rovers.

Dit plastic reservoir vangt koelvloeistof op die uit de radiateur wordt geperst wanneer de motor de bedrijfstemperatuur bereikt en de thermische uitzetting de systeemdruk verhoogt. Wanneer de motor afkoelt, wordt de koelvloeistof via de overloopslang terug in de radiateur gezogen, waardoor het juiste koelvloeistofniveau wordt gehandhaafd zonder verlies naar de atmosfeer.

De bijbehorende overloopslang (564724) verbindt het expansievat met de radiateurhals, en een afsluitdop (564719) sluit het expansievat af.
