Koelvloeistof bypassslang voor de 4-cilinder benzine- en atmosferische dieselmotoren (niet-TDI).

Deze vormt het bypasspad van het motorkoelcircuit, waardoor koelvloeistof kan blijven circuleren door het blok en de cilinderkop terwijl de thermostaat nog gesloten is tijdens het opwarmen. Zodra de motor op temperatuur is en de thermostaat opent, wordt de stroming gedeeld met de radiateur.
