Koelventilator voor de 2.5L 300 TDi turbodieselmotor, onderdeel van de motorkoelingsconstructie.

De ventilator wordt aangedreven vanaf de voorzijde van de motor via de viskeuze ventilatorkoppeling en zuigt lucht aan via de radiateurkern om de koelvloeistofwarmte af te voeren. Deze handhaaft de bedrijfstemperatuur van de motor onder belasting en bij lage snelheden waar natuurlijke luchtstroom onvoldoende is.
