Cilinderblokafdichting is een 16 mm afdichtingsring die is aangebracht op het cilinderblok van de Rover V8 benzinemotor, ter afsluiting van een bewerkte doorgang in het blokgietstuk.

Het maakt deel uit van de cilinderbloksamenstelling en dicht een interne boring in het gietstuk af. De 16 mm afdichting wordt gewoonlijk naast de 19 mm blokafdichting ERR3330 gemonteerd als onderdeel van een complete blokafdichtingsset.
