O-ring voor injectoren voor het 2.5L Td5 5-cilinder Turbo Diesel brandstofinjectiesysteem.

Deze O-ring zit in de groef op het injectorhuis bij de injectorkamer van de cilinderkop en zorgt voor een afdichting tussen de injector en de kop om te voorkomen dat olie en brandstof langs de injectorkamer migreren.

Er zijn er vijf nodig per motor - één per injector. Per stuk verkocht.

What does the ERR7004 injector O-ring seal on a Td5 engine?
The ERR7004 is a Genuine Land Rover O-ring that seals the fuel injectors into the cylinder head on the 2.5L Td5 five-cylinder diesel. It prevents fuel and combustion gases leaking around the injector body. It fits the Td5 Defender (up to 2006) and Discovery 2 (1998-2004).
Can the Td5 injector O-rings be reused when servicing the injectors?
No. Injector O-rings are single-use components. Once compressed and heat-set, they won't reseal correctly and risk fuel leaks or compression loss if reused. Replace all five O-rings whenever injectors are removed, even if they look undamaged.
