O-ring - Uitgaande as voor - Tussenbak LT230

Deze O-ring dicht de uitgaande as voor af waar deze uit de behuizing van de LT230-tussenbak komt. Hij zit in de groef van de uitgaande as voor en voorkomt dat transmissieolie ontsnapt bij de afdichting van de as.

Een defecte of uitgeharde O-ring op deze locatie resulteert in olieverlies uit de uitgang voor van de tussenbak, wat kan leiden tot gebrek aan smering en voortijdige slijtage van de uitgaande as en bijbehorende lagers. Vervanging wordt aanbevolen telkens wanneer de flens of as van de uitgaande as voor wordt verwijderd.
