Where does the rear oxygen sensor sit?

This sensor mounts in the downpipe after the catalytic converter, which is why it's called the rear or post-cat sensor. On the Discovery 2 4.0 V8 and Range Rover P38 it reads exhaust gas leaving the cat so the ECU can check converter efficiency.
