Reverse Lamp Bulb - a 21W 12V single-filament incandescent bulb (type P21W) with a BA15s single-contact bayonet cap, fitted to the rear lamp assembly.

It illuminates the reverse lamp when reverse gear is selected, providing rearward illumination and signalling to other road users that the vehicle is backing up. The offset bayonet pins and single contact locate the bulb correctly in the lamp holder.
